How Much Does It Cost?
£95 ANNUAL MEMBERSHIP
Join us today, let us solve your computer woes and get one-month complete cover for £65. If you like what you get and want to extend your cover for the rest of the year – it’s only an extra £30!
ADDITIONAL HOME VISITS/COLLECTION & RETURN – £30
Members of TheTechTeam get one free home or collection & return per year. Further home visits or collection & return are at a special discounted rate.
*Members who drop off and collect their own devices for support and repair at our Farringdon Rd shop will be classed as Remote and will not be charged additionally.
QUICK FIXES AT THETECHTEAM SHOP – FREE
At TheTechTeam no job is too big or small. If you’ve got an issue with a “quick fix” that can be resolved at our shop – it’s free! Just make your way down to our shop and we’ll be happy to help.

How Do I Pay For Additional Charges (ex. Home Visits)?
If there are any additional charges after your second visit/collection & return you will receive an invoice from TheTechTeam with instructions how to pay.
How Long Does It Take To Repair My Device?
If your device requires new parts and components we will need time allowed to order these and have them delivered to fit into your device. However, most repairs can be completed within 48 hours.
